stress?

has anyone had problems with stress around when aunt flo is to visit? Lately i am so sensitive to stress and causes mine to be late. Like now. But i cant tell if it is stress or something else. I did have sex about 3 or 4 weeks ago for like 2 minutes and my guy did not finish or come close to it. And a comdom was used.

I do have a lot going on, with a new manager at work, and people upset and leaving. College starting back up. And just general stress at home with my parents.

I usually feel cramps but i havent really yet. Just...well, gas (sorry) its been nearly a week now and i use to be regular when i was in sports but i havent been active in about a year and a half now so maybe that is part of it?

i am trying not to freak out and hope that i am safe and its just stress.

EDIT: ironically i started today. I'm glad those cramps werent just any ole cramps. But its so odd for me to start late in the day. Happend maybe only 4 times in the past 7 years. i hate freaking myself like this. I need to see about BC.
