Glory glory! It's PMS time in my house! Let the bloating, water retention, tiredness, and crankiness begin! Today was good tho...I felt the hormones seeping out and the b*tchiness coming on, but I didn't yell at my son once...no matter how annoying he was being. I sure was dog tired this afternoon tho. Love those hormones! And this bloating crap...mhmm! I wake up in the morning and I look all right, by the time I hit the sack, I look like I'm about 3 months pregnant. Very nice. This doesn't seem to be an unually bad bout of PMS for a change..although, now that I said that, things will probably change. *sigh* The joy of being a woman. (i still love the fact that I can [and have] create/carry life within me) :)

Alrighty then...

Yep, coming up on PMS time. And this month I will:
1) Keep up with taking my vitamins in the hopes that more calcium will help me.
2) Not give in to those salt cravings that are just going to make me bloated and sore.
3) Try to cut back on the caffeine if that's supposed to help too.
4) Do my exercising! Especially when I'm only feeling a little Blech.
And 5) Try to keep this positive attitude so I won't bite my husband's head off (or at least not as much as usual when PMSing).

We'll see if this helps any. ;)
