So better late than never, enter Mrs. Crimson. She was a little tardy in coming this month, started to have me worried that something was wrong. Was going to give it until the end of the week before calling the Dr. just to be sure, but no need!

Now, I don't know why, but usually I need to be downing the Advil every few hours or so to manage the cramps on day 1. Today, I could handle them w/o any real assistance.

I don't know if it's the combination of the walking I've been doing lately (I've been parking about 6 blocks away lately, b/c it's cheaper. Been doing that for about 3-4 days. So I walk about a mile all told back and forth between my car and my job.) or the bloody (no pun intended) pantyhose I've been wearing, but I didn't feel like vomiting today. I was surprised. All I felt were some cramps and the incredible urge to keep my pantyhose off of my abdomen.

Any ideas girls?

more exercise than normal can delay/speed up your period, AND alleviate cramps (i bust ass on the treadmill when i'm on my period to help w/cramps). so that's probably what's up. :)

pantyhose are the devil, ugh. lol.

I'm PMSing now and wearing tight panties, and I just feel like tearing it off!
Exercise DOES help. When I joined the gym last year, I used to go several times a week, plus when I used to go to college, the parking there was really far from the buildings, so those two combined equaled to cramps I could actually bear!
Now, silly me, knowing all of this, being a member of the gym and all, I don't go and I'm back to my horrible cramps.
