i'm wondering if it's ok to start taking my birth control pills like 3 days into having my period. it's pretty much gone anyways and uhm, yeah.

is that safe or can i mess something up if i start this pack now?

Hmm, I'm not really sure. Your doctor should have discussed with you when you should begin taking them. Some birth control pills are Sunday starters and you take them on a Sunday regardless if you're having your period. Then other ones you have to take on the first day of your period. I think you should call your doctor and ask him or her so that you won't mess anything up and to be sure you are taking them right so you won't have any problems! Hope this helps! Good luck!
