allo, i am new :o)

i don't use tampons all that often, but i've been noticing that after the tampons been in for a while, my vagina starts to hurt... not the inside, but around the outside.. does this happen to any other girls? or does anyone have a suggestion WHY it hurts? thanks.

I think I know the pain you're talking about, but I've never linked it to tampons. Sometimes I just get it when I'm on my period. If it's what I'm thinking of, it's like a painful pressure that increases when you sit down on the toilet. It's normal... I have other friends who get the same thing.

i have that same hurting feeling sometimes and for some reason i always linked it to my tampon as well. whether or not im right, i always thought it was pain from the tampon not being inserted far enough.
