I really hate being on my period. It sucks. I try to stay positive everytime it comes but I hate these cramps and everything that comes along with it. Is there anything I do to stay more positive about it? I know it's just a part of womanhood but seems like as soon as it's over..here it comes again! *sighs*

I think one thing you could do is address some of the physical symptoms that are causing you trouble... if you have bad cramps then try chamomile tea, if you are having PMS problems then look at the various dietary approaches to controlling blood sugar levels and water retention issues... it's hard to stay positive if you are having mood swings and you are in a lot of discomfort physically!

And remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. Take some time out to do something quiet that you enjoy, maybe create your own little pampering routine (maybe a bath with nice smelly things, or a favourite herbal tea and a magazine, or a manicure).
