Ortho Tricyclen

I'm currently waiting for my first period on the birth control pill Ortho tricyclen. I started the placebos on Sunday, so it should be coming anytime now. I'm a ticking time bomb, and I can go off any minute.

I know it is going to take about 4 months or so until my body gets used to the amount of chemicals I am pumping into it with those miniscule pills the size of mini M&M's. I just wonder how much it is going to effect this period.

Strangely I noticed I have been feeling much better this week than the last 3 weeks. Does anyone else feel crappy on the first 3 weeks of their birth control pack?

I know I always felt crappy for the first few months, especially on the first week when I was on the tri-phasic pill. It got better after a few cycles, tho.

I felt so dizzy and weak...it wasn't even funny. Hang in there...it will get better...:)
