Instead to The Divacup
Aug. 7th, 2003 02:14 amhi all,
I just joined, but have been reading this community for gosh, years now. I have over and over again read about the Keeper and now the Divacup. For dumb reasons I am more attracted to the Divacup, but am still a bit wary to dive in and get one. I was thinking about trying out Instead and seeing how I felt about that and then stepping up to the plate and getting a Divacup if I liked it.
I was wondering if this seemed dumb, like are they similar at all? Could I judge from one how I would feel about the other??
any advice would rock.
thanks.
:o)

Date: 2003-08-07 04:05 am (UTC)I don't think one is a good representative of the other, but if you're at all hesitant/unfamiliar with putting your fingers into yourself, Instead will quickly cure you of that. If that's not the case for you, I say go straight to your cup of choice.

Date: 2003-08-07 02:33 pm (UTC)instead is somewhat expensive, even for a small box, and the divacup offers a money-back guarantee, so if your end desire is to try a divacup, i'd go for that right away without trying instead.
btw--don't think being attracted to the divacup is dumb. personally, i think it's much better to have something you can sterilize by boiling or with alcohol. yes, i know, tampons aren't sterile either, but they don't get reused...
