the thing is, most of the articles on this (i didn't go look at this one) suggest that it means "natural birth control" is totally ineffective. that's just not true. i'm waiting to see a lot more information on this. i've been charting my menstrual cycle for years, and have taught so many women to do so, and i have yet to see a chart that shows multiple ovulation. the rhythm method would be ineffective as birth control even for a woman who ovulated once a month. the rhythm method has absolutely NOTHING to do with fertility awareness charting.

my jury's still out on the multiple ovulation thing. :)
