I've looked through the archives, and am trying the parsley tea. Does anyone know how it actually works, and if anything else does the same thing? Also, why does dried parsley work with a smaller amount then fresh?

dried parsley is like any other dried herb -- when it dries, it gets smaller in mass. so the amount of fresh parsley you'd use has the same amount of active compounds as dried, shrunken parsley.
