sounds like a UTI to me. Call your doctor, they'll do a urine culture and get you some antibiotics, most likely. If you are seeing blood and hurting that much, i (personally) wouldn't do the more home-based treatments (like cranberry juice, etc.).

feel better soon, i just HATE UTI's. My last one hurt so bad my legs hurt when i walked. bleh.

Sounds like a UTI. Get some Azo Standard (over the counter stuff you take that makes it not hurt - doesn't cure you, just makes you feel better) and go to the doctor for antibiotics.

Just make sure you read the directions on the AZO carefully-it can interfere with the results of the urine culture.

see a doctor asap, you may not want to end with a kidney infection!
run to a doc for medication!
