This probably sounds stupid, but where exactly are your ovaries? I keep having pain in my sides, but I don't think it's appendicitis since I'm not running a fever and haven't thrown up, so I think it might be my ovaries.
My gyno told me I can't develop endometriosis while I'm on the pill, so does the same go for things like ovarian cysts?

(I really hope nothing is wrong...today is my 17th birthday -_-; )

Ovaries are in your pelvic region, a bit inside from your hipbone. You shouldn't be getting ovarian cysts while on the pill, because pills stop ovulation. Cysts ocur because of ovulation.

It could also be random pain in the intestines like gas. People can have gas pain that is so bad they pass out.
