Took me a full three days of drinking it. But I could kind of feel its "footsteps" approaching, so to speak. I recall that I used to feel a bit lightheaded immediately after finishing a cup. Don't know if it was related, or if it was making my blood pressure drop. But I had the mildest cramping and I could kind of smell it when I went to the bathroom (which is often with 4 cups of tea a day!).
i have the same light headed feeling, glad im not the only one. last night i had two cups, then this evening two, but if it took you 3 full days of drinking 4 a day, then im not too upset that it hasnt started with me. im going to go into the full story. in march my period was on the 19th, and heavy. in april, the 29th and really light. may, 19th, heavy. june, 29, light. august, 29, and super heavy. so i was kinda like, what?, when that happend. so my cyles page shows me starting oct. 9, but i guess i was just expecting it on the 29th of september, so im freaked out. my bf and i had sex maybe 4 times, and always used condoms. ive gotten the zits i get before my period, as always, and ive been a super bitch, but i guess im just paranoid. and ive been having some light cramps. i doubt you wanted to know all this info, but i just needed to get it out. please please help calm me down lol.
You're probably okay, with the zits and all. I bet the stress is causing her to stay camped in your uterus though. See if you can get yourself to meditate a bit, just for the sake of being calmer. An easy way is to lie down and focus on each part of your body, starting with your toes. Pretend to breathe into each area and slowly move up to your head. Go slow and just be. I know it's sounds silly and hard to focus on, but it helps. It takes a lot of practice. Try to aim for 40 minutes of it, and set some kind of quiet alarm like music from the computer to bring you back. Think about your period coming when its ready and think, "I trust that you are okay."
yes, it really does sound silly and your brain will fight you, but you have to gently bring it back to observing yourself whenever it tries.
don't know if that will help, but it sure won't hurt.
if you are trying to kick start your period... pennyroyal is the key. But messing with it.. in anyway always makes it even more uncomforable. you could always use yohimbe or black cohosh. those keep your cycles coming and act as a stimulant as well. parsley... I have no idea about that.. chlorophyll helps flush out toxins and such. but I never heard of that to help this. I know cherry juice works wonders
