New-- first post with a question

Hey everyone, I just recently got my LJ back, so I'm really excited to join all of my communities again :)

Well here's the q:
I had sex for the first time Friday night/Saturday morning-- actually, three times-- and now I'm bleeding. I didn't bleed while we were having sex, but I began Sunday and still currently am. It's much less blood than a period, but nonetheless I'm just a bit curious. I'm on the pill, this is my third month on it... and I guess I just want to know if you know what the bleeding is from. Is it from the sex? I didn't feel an extreme amount of pain while we were in the act of, though. I was only rather sore. Should I be worried about having sex again?

It could be from sex, it could be from the pill. There's really no way any of us could tell you what it is from our perspectives. If it doesn't stop soon, go to the doc. If it tapers off, it might just be from the sex.

It's most likely from sex. That happened to me, and it even kind of resembled a period at times (texturewise, not volume-wise). It should taper off in a few days.
