I know this is a very stupid qusetion because I've deal with PMS every month. I started having really bad pain in my right side and it does this a little over a week before my period. I think it's due to ovulation. Then the next day my nipples got really sore and they still are and I'm cramping like I'm on my period. I usually don't have the cramping as much but this time I am and I'm not due to start my period before next week sometime. Is this normal? I'm sure it is, it just helps to get others' opinions.

Are you on birth control?
I normaly don't suffer from period pains or sore breasts at all, but a few months ago I got extreamly bad bad breast pain and bad period pains, went on for a while before I ended up swapping pills over and then I was fine, no pains since.
Just an idea.

The pain in just one side for a day or two IS due to ovulation. I can't remember the name for it, but it's a fairly common condition in which you can feel the release of the egg.
My body sometimes does things like this, and it may also have to do with weather patterns too. My body/period act a little differently when the weather changes.
I wouldn't worry so much.
