period? taking a vacation?

six years i've had my period.
six years it has been an exact 28 day cycle.

i am not sexually active with men.

and yet, my period is 9 days late.

what the fuck?

my diet hasn't drastically changed.
i'm getting a normal amount of sleep.
stress level is only slightly higher than normal. (ie, much MUCH higher levels haven't ever caused my period to be late.)

the only thing i can think of is that my girlfriend was in town for four days this weekend and we had a lot of sex.
that is the ONLY thing that has changed in my life.

could this affect my period being late?

what do you experts think? hmm?

actually, the phermones that your girlfriend secreted actually triggered you to get your period late. studies show that when women end up sniffing the phermones from other women's armpits, they start ovulating at the same time for some reason.
