Not to say that you will or won't, but I have been using tampons for awhile now, and when I lost my virginity a few months ago, I did not bleed. It didn't hurt at all, which was quite relieving! I hope the same luck happens with you. :-)
i used tampons for years before sex, and i still bled. i think the bleeding is from your hymen or whatever it's called tearing. sex definatly tears your hymen, but other things like horseback riding can too.
If using tampons breaks your hymen, then no, you won't bleed. If it doesn't, then you may. Or you may not, who knows.
I used tampons for a long time before I lost my virginity. I had also been fingered and had plenty in there, so my first time didn't hurt at all, nor was it uncomfortable, and I didn't bleed. :)
Bleeding is not inevitable, nor can you really predict which girls will and which won't. I have lived with guilt for taking away a former partner of mine's virginity. She had used pads for the ~3 years between the time that she started menstruating and the time that she first had sexual intercourse. During her first time, she did not bleed, although it was unbearably painful, which stopped us fairly quickly.
I guess this is a very round-about way to say what has already been said: it varies, as each person, most certainly every girl, is unique.
