Nov. 21st, 2003 07:37 pmyet another question about sponges... :)
(i didn't see a memories section on sponges, i'm sorry)
i've been using my keeper for a little over a year now, and absolutely love it... but when it comes to having sex on my period i usually use insteads (when it's too incovenient to go without anything, i mean.)
anyways, insteads can get expensive, and i still don't rather like the idea of disposable products. and i read in a previous post that you can use sponges during sex...
firstly, how are they with that? does it still get messy? are they uncomfortable (i guess mostly for the male) or can he hardly feel them? i'm debating trying those - i wouldn't mind that so much if they work well.
and secondly, can i get sea sponges at a drug store, or do i have to get them at a health store? (i'm in canada, by the way. i was thinking shoppers drug mart or something along those lines.) are they the same as the natural cosmetic ones they sell for makeup and stuff? (i'm asking because i don't have a credit card or a car, so it's hard for me to go searching all over town...)
anyways, thank you so so much. even the possibility excites me :)
