I know when I started having sex it threw off my cycle for a while. I'd be late, or they'd be lighter. I don't know why this is, but there ya have it. I would imagine if you were pregnant it would be MUCH lighter - more like spotting.

I wouldn't worry that you're pregnant. As long as you're still getting your period, then things are probably fine. Was today the first day of your period? Because it's usually normal for the flow to be lighter at first and then get heavier after the first day or two, but I don't know if that usually happens with you or not.

I know someone else said that becoming sexually active can also affect your period, which is probably true, but I wouldn't really know. Heh... I was on birth control pills (for other medical reasons) up until about when I first started having sex, so my first period after being sexually active was also my first period without the pills... So, yeah. Bah. It figures that they'd take me off the pill RIGHT before I actually got a boyfriend, haha. Stupid doctors...

And yeah, I'm rambling. Sorry, lol.

*Random* Can I add you to my friends? I was looking at your user info and you like a lot of cool music and stuff. =)

I've heard anecdotally that male pheremones can affect your cycle, usually for the better. I've seen hints of that with myself, which may or may not have been attributed to the boyfriend at the time. I'm sure you're fine. Enjoy not feeling like shit from cramps :)
