new here... but, well, uhm...I'm actually 35 weeks pregnant at the moment, so I'm not experiencing all the fun and joy right now ... but, in 5 weeks or less, I will be making up for the last nine months of freedom, so I thought I might as well drop by....

Date: 2001-08-01 09:57 am (UTC)we're not sure what the gender is -- we had an ultrasound early on for the dating and we got a VERY BRIEF flash in which it looked like a boy.. but it was pretty early and it was only a flash, so I'm not trying to guess... :)
we don't even have names picked out!! we are so bad!! maybe we're thinking that when it gets here we'll just "know" ...

Apparently it varies from mother to mother. Some sources suggest that only regular, frequent breastfeeding (every 3-4 hours as for very young babies) is likely to stop menstration.
