Yay heating pads- That's one of those vital things I had living at home, but my mom wouldn't let me take it with me. Haven't bought my own yet, and every time I cramp up I miss it

you can get those therma care patches...they're only $6 for a pack. they're awesome. just take 'em out, put 'em on your belly and stay warm for 8 hours (or more)
