So if things continue to go the way they have been, I just might swear by ortho tricylen. I've been taking it for a month. Today, which is usually the heaviest day of my period, it's light enough that I'm still comfortable wearing khaki pants without worry. Usually I have to use a tampon plus a maxi pad, so this is a big relief! I'm actually taking ortho tricylen for my skin. My dermatologist warned me that it would take 3 months to take full effect on my skin. I noticed that my skin looks clearer and has felt better during the previous month. However, the day before my period started I still broke out some, just not as bad as I usually do. It happened about the same time that I broke down in tears and swore that my life was shit... my mood has since improved drasitcally. We'll see what happens. But so far it's a big improvement. Yay!
