Monday I had gallbladder surgery and as if the pain from the variously located 11 staples I have in my gut isnt enough pain, my moonwaters decided to flow a little early.
Now, normally I dont get my period very often as I have some medical problems so when I do get it I'm a little happy that at least I know I'm still functioning properly and I'm more than likely heading down a healthier path but still, who actually 'enjoys' their period?
Thankfully I'm a user of the Keeper and if you're wondering if it really does work ..YES! It's an awesome little invention, however I'm unable to handle the insertion part of it this month because bending and such is just killing my stomach. So, I've opted for the old maxi pad routine which I hate, it prolongs my period to 6 or 7 days, when I use the Keeper it's only 3 or 4.
To top it off the pain killers have uumm, how shall I say this delicately, bound everything else up. Mmmhhmm, lucky me.
I HATE feeling this moody, tempermental and all around gross!
