I have a gyno appt tomorrow for the first time. my work sucks so i had to keep pushing it back and now fin ally today i got my period... im assuming i have to cancel the appt till my periods over?

Mos Gyn's feel that it is better to do a routine Pap test when you are not menstruating because there is a chance that blood can cloud the sample and make it hard to read. If you don't have some kind of infection or other urgent reason why you need a pelvic exam, your doctor will probably prefer that you reschedule.
