hi! this is my first post in this community. i started reading some of the posts, and joining seemed like a great idea considering i have soooo many questions.



first of, i'de like to say that i usually have a very normal period. i never ever cramp (knock on wood) and i rarely PMS. but for the past 3 months, my period totaly changed it's pattern. now i get my period TWICE a month. approximately 16 days apart. there's got to be something wrong with that. any suggestions????

It might be that one of those is breakthrough bleeding that can follow ovulation, like, period, roughly 2 weeks, ovulate, roughly 2 weeks, period, and so on. If it seems like a lot of bleeding, make sure you get enough iron, either through iron rich foods or supplements. If it bothers you, check with your doctor, but it might just go back to what you're used to in a couple months more.
