So Vitamin C possibly induces your period (with the ascorbic acid and the lining of your uterus?) ..

If my period is already here, will taking those massive vitamin C pills make it go away any sooner?

i read this in the memories. something about the ascorbic acid make the walls of you uterus unstable. another option was parsley tea. i don't know.

I don't know anything about vitamin C inducing your period, but I do know that if you take too much of it you will get diarrhea.

i don't know of anything aside from hormones that will make your period go away. some say that sex helps by, you know, loosening things up. :-)

to me it seems like anything you take to start bleeding isn't going to make much sense for stopping bleeding, just in terms of logic

btw, vitamin c can also be used to abort a pregnancy. i don't think it ends your period any sooner- never seen anything saying that, and i've heard from multiple sources that no herbs/vitamins/minerals can do that.
