I don't know if my question has anything to do with pms, but, I hope someone can answer this for me...

Whenever I have my period I get really bad cramps. And just recently (about 2 or 3 months or so) I've been noticing that I get really bad cramps all the time now. And it's not my stomach either. They're always like my pms cramps, and in the same place. And it's constant, I don't feel them all the time, but a lot of the time. Is that normal?
