I think my body is messed up.
Just like last month .. it feels as if my PMS begins 1 WEEK after my last period ended. That never happened before. My periods are still 22 days apart (not counting pms days .. I think 22 days is normal still) but the pms arrives earlier - I can tell because I get slight cramping and bloating. Well, last month is the first time it happened. Normally, my PMS only lasts 9 days, and last month it lasted about 2 weeks or 15 days, unless I counted wrong, and my period was more painful then it usually was.
I have no idea what could be messing me up, except to say that 7 weeks ago, I started weight watchers and lost 15 pounds .. but that couldn't do anything to my cycle could it? I drink 6 glasses of water a day, I stay away from processed and bad foods and drinks, so I don't know why i'm messed up. It's seriously confusing me, and I need some advice cause 1 week is not much of a brake between pms/period pains .. I need more of a brake then that.
thanks.

Date: 2004-02-21 11:00 pm (UTC)Depending what your PMS symptoms are, some women find that adding a B-12 supplement to their diet daily that they increase before their period can help. Others find that adding iron r calcium c an affect them. It varies from woman to woman. I've never tried Midol, bu t I have a friend who swears by it.
Good luck - if you continue to have the problem, or you continue to be worrieda bout it, you could ask your doctor what you can do about it.
