heavy cramps

i am way bloated beyond any "first-day" symptoms and barely bleeding at all. I am in so myuch pain with cramps. Normally I am a pretty moderate to heavy bleeder on the first day. What is going on? I am not stressed out, my diet hasn't changed, exercise is the same as it has always been, getting plenty of restful sleep, etc. etc. any suggestions?

do you usually get bad cramps? maybe taking a hot bath or midol will help. I get bad cramps too .. they are more painful since i've been losing weight.
