Am I the only one who feel intensely sexual during their period? I have a terribly frustrating week once every month. You would think that the week afterwards I would be all over it, but I seem to lose interest, which only leaves me about 2 weeks of good sex a month, and when I really want it is the week that I really can't have it...

Anyone else?

When I was younger I could usually get away with it, but now I have a VERY heavy flow... looks like someone got slaughtered... a real turn off.

it's almost as if i'm in heat. augh. then, and then again about the time i'm ovulating which, of course, would be THEE worst time to have sex.

Yeah, I can actually feel myself ovulate, and that's also a BAD time of the month.

I'm hypoglycemic, and for some reason, my blood sugar will NOT stay stable during ovulation, no matter what I do.

Which is odd, cuz it used to be during the first couple of days of my period, but now it's vice versa.

it's kinda like a couple days before, your body goes into high gear trying to get one last chance to use what it's got... and then it takes a while to wear off. And THEN, while you're on the period, you're also hypersensitive and hyperaware of everything there, so I can totally understand growing horns then!

my ex was always horniest during her period, which left me on the other end of the phone hearing about how horny she was, how she wished somebody would do something about it, and how i wouldn't get to do anything about it. a frustrating time indeed ;-)

have you ever tried using a diaphram? i tried one once, and found that it's best benefit is curbing blood flow for awhile. i know there are also similar devices available as tampon alternatives...

my only problem with the diaphram was, that i got a bladder infection which turned into a kidney infection... it's really important to get the right size

?? why not? there's no dictate from G-d! I have a heavy flow too... so what? Let him get bloody! it washes off :) Blood isn't dirty...

I like sex during my period, it feels very primal.
