I use Cycles Page (http://www.cyclespage.com) and My Monthly Cycles (http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/home.jsp).

I have been using cyclespage for awhile now and I love it. I have fairly regular periods but when it comes to remembering when I should be expecting my next, it's hard to predict. So, I use this page to remind me. I also find it nifty because I personally prefer to avoid sex during my fertile days, so it helps me track that as well.

Me too. I just get really paranoid...and it's nice to know. Plus, do you find you are way more aware of what's going on inside?
I heart cyclespage!!

For what it's worth, I use an old Windows 3.1 application called "Calendar". I've been using it for years, just porting the exe over with me when I upgrade my system. As a result, I have my period tracked as far back as January 1999.

My partner made a good observation about websites... he said that websites come and go very often. You never know when one of the online trackers will go down for maintenance or close completely. It always helps to keep an offline copy.

I believe that if you use Microsoft Outlook, you should be able to mark the day that your period starts, and set up a reminder for it 28 days (or however long your cycle is) from then.

Or, if you have a paper calendar (this is how I used to track them before I put it online), circle the day you got your period, and then put a * 28 days (or however long your cycle is) from that day, starting by counting the first day of your period as day one.

www.mymonthlycycles.com is the best around, as far as i can tell. and they just added tracking for tons more stuff... and it'll calc. your next period two differant ways, and you can get email reminders you can edit, and it's just very nice and for free.
