ok, i dont know if this makes any sense....

But a few weeks ago, I noticed I was "spotting". My period wasn't due for a few weeks, and it had never happened before. The only thing different was that I started taking Claratin (allergy medicine)... could it be related?

It doesn't really matter, I was just curious.

There could be some connection, but I would also check to see if you have been hanging around any new females for an extended period of time. New friend? House guest - that type of thing. Another woman's presense can throw the cycle off and cause such things as spotting and untimely flows.

Yeah, I was thinking of that... There's one friend who I've more recently spending time with, but my cycle was right on time like always. I was just curious to whether any medication could effect it, not just hormones.

My one friend said she had a similar reaction when she started taking vitamins.
