A question for the IUD users out there:

Have any of you lovely ladies had exceptionally long waits for a period to start? I'm at 31 days and counting, my IUD (ParaGard) is still in place, and I'm experience all the pre-menstrual symptoms I usually do (pimples, heavy twinging/cramping, etc.) but with no results. The longest cycle I've had is 31 days, the shortest 16 days.

2 weeks ago I went through the week from hell - I was under enormous stress (boyfriend and I broke up, got back together, I took 6 finals in 3 days, I hardly ate, slept, breathed... that sort of thing) and didn't get the usual amount of exercise I was getting before that.

I'm sure the stress contributed to this problem, but I'm getting tired of the pain of having a period without any actual flow.

Have any of you had this problem? Misery loves company, ya know :)
