You might be able to get the blood out with hydrogen peroxide, especially if your underwear is light coloured.

They also have a fabric stain remover, which works pretty well if you get the stains before they're long dried.

if you put salt on yer undies and wash it with soap and warm water and use the salt and soap to scrub the stain off it should work... then throw them in the wash.
