Bless me Mena (Roman goddess of menstruation) it has been 40 days since my last period. I took a pregnancy test yesterday to rule out pregnancy, although I was in doubt as to whether or not I had been exposed to sperm since my last period.

I have had sore breasts and a crampy feeling in my lower abdomen for the past week, but no period. I have also been overly emotional. I am usually an emotional person, so when I get overly emotional for me it is really intense. I think I have cried or almost cried every day for the past 3 days. Does PMS get longer when your cycle gets longer? I am unhappy with this situation. I guess I shouldn't mind having my period less often, even though it tends to be a celebration for me. I wonder if my yoni chakra is clogged or something. I think I miss my period and the intuition I have when I get it. I don't know what it is that bugs me about it. *heavy sigh*

Hi. I am Pagan. I don't mind you asking, as I am pretty open about it. I did go to the doctor on the 17th. She said that it is not an issue if I am not having spotting or pain or other problems between menstruation. She said that sometimes our cycles can change, as our hormone levels change as we age or because of environmental changes. I got my period on the 19th.
