Hi I'm new here and I was wondering if it is possible to have your period without actually bleeding?

I am asking this because I haven't had my period since around the end of april but I had a lot of discharge and once while I was peeing I peed out a red blob.....still unsure of what it was.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had large globs of uterine lining and blood fall out of me while I was urinating during my period. But if you actually urinated blood, then you should see a doctor soon. That can be indicative of a serious urinary tract problem.

Oh, and if it was highly painful to urinate the blob, it could have been a kidney stone. I had one of those before, and it was a bit bloody. That also usually warrants a visit to the doctor afterward, especially if there was more than one.
