I'm the one who posted it here. I've tried it.. 3? times? Maybe 4. Anyways, it's worked every time for me, though it sounds like it hasn't worked for everyone.

You can get those at most health food stores (People's Food Co-Op, for example)

They seal shut with the help of a warm iron.

I tried it a few times, but my period didn't come. I'm thinking of making it stronger next time, or drinking it more then one time a day. Most people have said that it works for them in less then 24 hours though, so I'm assuming I just made it wrong.

That's awesome, I didn't know one could induce a period. Everytime I asked about inducing in a different community they said no. Hmm!

How do you know it wouldn't have come anyway?

i drank it for 3 days, but it didn't work for me :( However, it seemed to work as an appetite suppressant, so it wasn't all bad.

www.sisterzeus.com has a good list of herbs that will make your period come, so if parsley doesn't work for you, maybe there is something else you can try on that list.

I've tried parsley tea three different times, and it never worked.

I think that i had/have athletic amenorrhea: not enough body fat to convince my body to produce hormones, so not enough estrogen to build up a uterine lining, so nothing to flush away. (The progesterone that the doc gave me to induce a period also didn't work; I had to have estrogen first to bleed.)

*shrugs* YMMV. Parsley tea didn't help me, but it didn't hurt either.
