it's been one week
Mar. 15th, 2001 07:04 pmugh! i can't wait until my hormones are in balance again so i have normal periods. this is the second time i've come off depo-provera, and each time i seem to bleed for weeks. has anyone ever used homeopathic methods to stabilize their periods? i'm really interested in learning more about that.
in other news, i went ahead and ordered the keeper.. i figured it was worth a try, and probably less expensive than what i'll spend on tampons for this month alone!! besides, they do have that money-back guarantee, right? everyone i've heard from that has used it has loved it.

Date: 2001-03-15 05:46 pm (UTC)on another note i looked up excessive flow in my little know it all diy gynecology book and it says that red rasberry leaves are best because they don't stop your flow but help to regulate it. Start using them one week before your period and continue throughout"
there are other goodie tips in this underground publication called "hot pants". it's ditributed by the bloodsisters (http://www.bloodsisters.org). there's also links on that site that should lead you to other resources online. if you have any more questions, or if the sisters don't respond to you (they are sometimes a little slow) let me know cause i am involved with them and i can get more info for you.
hope you feel better.
