hahaha, no, no they're not.

i have mine too. i was smart this time, although it didn't give me any warning signs. i wore 'protection' while at massage therapy, and lo and behold, it comes unannounced. nice.

what did i do to deserve these cramps? :(

In a similar vein, yesterday was two days after I was done bleeding - the day after my just-to-be-safe day. I wore my ruffly pink Vicky Secret panties.... and got surprise brown sludge in them :/
