Ahgg...I could not understand it on Monday when everything and everyone was annoying me beyond belief. It finally hit me - I was having my first case of PMS (I KNOW that I should not complain as my first case is at 26) but I still have it.
Can anyone give me some advise on how to handle it (other than avoiding everyone)? I am usually pretty even tempered and this is just too much!
Thanks in advance, and I promise not to bite anyone’s head off in the mean time...although it is kind of tempting...

Don't really know what to tell you as I don't do anything for mine. I'm just bitchy for no reason about a week beforehand and everyone wonders why lol

exercise [it gives you endorphines which make you happy]
a bit of chocolate or some kind of guilty pleasure food [in a small amount of course]
chick flicks. [that mellows me out at night when I'm PMSing]

Calcium. I take a Cal/Mag supplement at bedtime w/ water -- as far as I know, it's one of the few things that's been clinically shown to reduce cramps and mood swings!
