Swimming with menstrual cups

Well, I'd put my Mooncup in pre-emptively, and then I went swimming. Tried emptying it afterwards, and found that while I hadn't come on, it was half-full of water (yep, it was water, not discharge or anything). How strange.

I'm gonna assume it's not dangerous, since if it can get up there with the Mooncup, it can get up there without, and I've been swimming for the past 19 years or so without problems.

Still. Quite unexpected.

I was quite surprised. I mean, I'd folded it up to take it out, and I felt this warm fluid spill out, and assumed it was blood. And it wasn't. It was a bit, "Huh, how did that get there?"
