I know this is probably a rediculous question...but does anyone know a way to delay your period from coming?

I'm going away with my boyfriend and his family on Saturday, and while I shouldn't be getting my period, is there anyway I can make sure it doesn't come?

I am not on the pill and can't go on it, so that option is out of the question.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated...Thank you!!!

Stress yourself out REALLY bad and it'll go away...or you'll have a heart attack.

Ok, I joke.

There's probably something herbal you can try, but even that can just complicate things (no PERIOD but random spotting, for example).
