depends on your insurance. since seasonale is relatively new, it isn't covered or is only partially covered by most plans.
i had to order mine rather than get it from my local pharmacy and i had to pay 75 for the 3 months set. it took almost a month to come in.
i had hell with seasonale (i was taking it for endometriosis though) i bled for two months straight and just felt really shitty. keep in mind that everyone reacts to bc differently, but you probably will have alot of breakthrough bleeding during your first set of pills.
i'd definitely get in touch with your insurance and find out the coverage details before you get a script for it though.
My insurance doesn't cover it either and it runs be about $120 every 3 months - kind of sucks.
I have had some ugly side affects - and have been considering getting off of it when my prescription runs out after the next pack. Yay to four periods a year. Boo to the weight gain, acne, and spotting/breakthrough bleeding. I have been on them for almost 8 months and I still have bad spotting/breakthrough bleeding which is worse and more unpredictable than actually having a period!
