Ok,
I've read a bit about kegel exercises and thought I may as well give it a shot.
Now, I rememebr reading something along the lines of not exercising them when urinating? (can cause urine somethign infection?)
but what about when you're on your perioids?? Not using a tampon or anything, just pads.
Good or bad idea?

actually, kegals are synonomous with urinating.

wehn you're peeing, and you clench your muscles do to stop, that's a kegel.

it shouldn't matter if you're having your period or not. you're flexing the muscles in your vagina, it's not going to push the blood back up or anything, and since it happens naturally when you're urinating, it's not a problem (ie, it won't cause a UTI or anything like that)

Do you have any idea what key words you searched for?

My avatar is in Chinese and a play on words.

It has a lot to do with how everyday phrase can have a sort of toaist higher intrinsic spiritual value than they seem. For example:

"Help wanted, apply within"

Can be seen as "To acheive your goals look inside yourself, better yourself to get what you want."

This particular one says "Rubber ducky, you're the one"

I'll let you try and figure out the intrinsic value to that one. ;)
