I am very very regular. I have been for years.

But my period is now 4 weeks late. Seeing as how I'm a virgin, pregnancy is not an option. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Or can anyone offer any insight?

I was wondering that, too. My period is over a week late, but I have been going through lots of emotional stress lately. That could be the problem. :\

age can be causing it change also. I was really regular for years and years. Then I turned 18 and I started getting cramps from hell, then when I turned 20 it went all crazy either being to early or to late....I can happily say it's been regular agian for the past few months.

I was regular for three years before being three months late (and I'm 13 so pregnancy is DEFINATLEY not an option, haha), so I'm sure it's just normal! :)

Can also be stress related... But, really, I doubt it's nothing short of normal.

Thanks - yeah, im 17 and have been perfectly regular since i was nine (got my period really early.) so i was just worried. thanks again.
