I want some chocolate so bad..my chocolate bar lip balm does not suffice. I know its bad for you, but seriously, its not a myth.. aren't you guys craving it too? All we have here is potato chips. :/

It's actually not a myth. A lack of magnesium or other minerals in your body can effect your menstrual cravings.

actually, a little bit of chocolate daily (real cocoa-containing chocolate) is rich in antioxidants and is good for you...so i say have some chocolate!

I have read the same! Get something with high cocoa content (70-85%). It takes less to quell the cravings. Or, at least, it does for me!

and even if you cant get "real" chocolate, then get fat free or sugar free choco if thats what your worried about.
i dont think that any kind of chocolate is bad for you. its all about moderation.
