A few Days ago...I inserted a tampon, but when I came to take it out i couldnt find it i definatly put it in there but the thing is I accendentially had sex with it in, when he came thats when I realized it was gone,Now ive been having MAJOR fever and vomiting...Ive tried everthing, i Cant seem to pull it out and its been in for...2 days now? Any suggestions?

Run yourself a warm bath or jump in the shower. When you're in, bear down as if you were going to the toilet. Insert your two fingers and try and grasp the tampon. It can't get into your uterus, so it's still in the vagina. Try for a few minutes. If you still can't get it, go to the hospital. Even if you do grab it, you should still go to the hospital. The doctors are very used to that kind of thing, so don't be embarrassed. Don't waste any time though.

My mom told me about a time her and my dad did this (we were very close haha) and she said it worked it's way down, while she pushed it out (while in a warm bath) and she was finally able to pull it out but she didn have any kind of fever and/or vomiting. You should really go to the hospital. and right away!

As the others have said get medical advice. I lost a tampon when I was 14, but my mum was really cool. She phoned the GP and I got in straight away and my Dr got it out. Please get medical help as you could get or already have a nasty infection.

Go to the doctor and have the tampon removed NOW! What you are describing sounds like Toxic Shock Syndrome.

It sounds like a staph infection. You need to go to the ER ASAP and get it taken out and get on some antibitoics, or otherwise it's going to turn into Toxic Shock. If your body isn't swollen and red (scarletina) it hasn't progressed to TSS yet - but it's very likely that it will.

I had full blown TSS when I was 11 and spent over a week on a ventilator in a coma. I was in the hospital for 34 days, and didn't go to school for almost 4 months. This isn't something to mess around with.
