Nausea

I'm feeling a little sick to my stomach. It isn't bad, but it feels DIFFERENT. Like my stomach feels almost empty enough to make me sick, but I have eaten. It's an all-over kind of nausea. I'm not sure how to explain it...

What I'm wondering is whether it could be related to birth control pills. I've been taking them for over 2 months and haven't been nautious from them, but the past few days I've gotten up rather late and therefore taken the pill later than I usually do. So could that be making me feel sick? Because this doesn't feel like a bug. It just feels weird. Any theories?

It could be just the change in sleep schedule that's throwing you off, if your body's pretty used to sleeping and waking up at certain times... Circadian rhythms are fun like that.

they usu. say to take the pill in about a 1 or 2-hour window each day.... but when i've shifted it because i forgot, it never did anything really drastic to me. if you changed when you take the pill relative to when you eat (like, if you used to take it before breakfast and now you take the pill and wait several hours before eating), that sure could do it. otherwise, i imagine it *could* but have no idea why...

hope you feel better!
