Naproxen. It rocks. I <3 Naproxen.

Hmm, and if you can't do that... Sex always helps mine. Masturbation tends to make them worse though. Hmmm. Or, I have my Hubby push down on my uterus a few times with a a lot of pressure.

Hope you feel better soon!

Chocolate and tea. Try curling up with a heating pad and a comfy pillow.

i agree. hot tea, comfort food, heating pads, and get comfy.
i usually apply light pressure to the spot that's hurting. helps if i have a stuffed animal to hug against me right there. i tend to curl up, too.
my best friend though always felt better if she stretched herself out on the bed.
that's up to you.

You could always try a heating pad, a hot water bottle, or simply a hot bath.

try caffiene. excedrin works for me because it's two differant painkillers plus caffiene...
also, try movement. start by circling one foot than the other, then swing your lower legs back and forth (waking up your knee), and slowly work up your body until you've gently moved all your joints. from there, if you can stand it, slowly streatch out, then move around slowly until you cool down. not only does it help your muscles, but the increased circulation helps too.

Heat pads or hot patches, a big body pillow placed between your legs in the semi fetal position. Pretty much what these ladies said
