Okay...I've been spotting for four days now. I've never been on birth control, haven't had sex, and I'm not getting any cramps. Is this just normal irregularity that's caused by my age? (17) Also, I've gone on a diet and began taking vitamins for about a month (after my last period) now. I haven't been feeling very stressed either. Sometimes I tend to bleed a little more but it goes back to spotting again. It's not brown blood. I'm guessing that this is Pre-menstrual spotting because it started around when I was supposed to have my period and haven
thad real breakthrough bleeding yet.

What do you think?

Change in diet and exercise habits can affect your cycle. It could be that you're having a screwy month, or you could have your cycle readjusting due to the change in food and vitamins. If you're not having a problem (no super-painful cramps, no heavy bleeding, etc.), there's probably nothing to be worried about. It could be that with the change in food, this is your period. Or, it could be like you said - it's just pre-menstrual spotting and you'll get your period later.

I've been forgetting the standard disclaimer - I'm not a doctor, blah blah blah, etc. etc. etc.
